Introduced new roles and lightweight processes to centralize the managment of the organizations technology and application portfolios, driving down costs by over $20 million in the first two years of the program.

Lead architecture function for a large (10k+) IT organization. Aligned IT organization to a capability based, product oriented approach to creating software applications which resulted in the identification of redundant work and consolidation of functions.
